Who is Served?: Services

Those addressing disordered eating patterns or diagnosed with an Eating Disorder (ED)

Following a Health At Every Size approach, I support those who may be  exploring their relationship with food for the first time as well as those who have been challenged by disordered eating for an extended period of time. I have 3 years of experience working as an ED dietitian in a residential facility in Northern California, and have been touched personally by the effects EDs can have on loved ones. I approach all of my clients with compassion, connection, and loving boundaries to make recovery as supportive an experience and as much of a reality as possible.

Those who are interested in exploring more balanced and satisfying eating patterns

If you are looking to integrate into your diet the foods that make you feel great, taste excellent, and are your favorites, I can support you to do this in a way that helps you feel balanced, strong, and content. No deprivation here! Gentle note: I am not a weight loss dietitian. I take a Health at Every Size approach to maximize sustainable healthful behaviors without the rigid focus on shape or size.
